It is safe for children of all ages.

This gentle and effective healing practice can bring about relaxation to promote calmness, balance, and support.

Positive results have been seen in children with autism, Asperger’s, and other developmental syndromes.

Research have continuously shown that the causes of autism are unknown.  A common misconception is that Vaccines causes autism.  The institute of medicine and center for disease control have investigated this and vaccines does not cause autism.  In fact, during the early 1990s, Thimerosal was removed from vaccines because of the misconception that vaccines caused autism.  The studies conducted has shown that Thimerosal is not related to the cause of autism.  There is no known specific cause of what causes autism but there are spectrum of causes that can contribute to developing autism:

– Advanced paternal age (increasing age of father in conception

– During fetal development and exposure to drugs

– Infectious agent

– Genetics

A child that is diagnosed with ADHD can frequently experience high energy levels and anxieties which makes them difficult to sleep at night.  Because Reiki is balancing it can help children with having better sleep at night.

Remember, Reiki can benefit regardless of the cause because it can provide a soothing moment for both the parents and the children.

I highly recommend Reiki to any parent, caregiver or individual seeking to feel better.
